Positioned on the beachfront of the Gold Coast, this full apartment renovation has been carefully designed to maximise functionality, elevate the interiors and capture the relaxed coastal lifestyle of its exceptional location.

With a strict construction programme driven by the apartment's use as a holiday rental, the project required thoughtful planning, efficient documentation and close collaboration to meet tight timeframes. Working within defined budget parameters, we partnered closely with the nominated builder, building designer and cabinet maker to deliver a cohesive design that balances practicality with timeless, high-quality finishes.

Commencing on site in July 2026, our scope includes spatial planning reviews, interior finishes selection, bespoke joinery design and comprehensive documentation for both tender and construction, along with furniture curation to complete the home.

As our clients are based interstate, we will also be providing regular on-site project reviews throughout construction, acting as their local design representative to support the builder, respond to site queries and ensure the project is delivered in line with the design vision.
