Where do you offer your services?

Whilst we are located on the Gold Coast and our clientele is largely situated between Moreton Bay and the Mid North Coast, we will travel anywhere within Australia to help you. With this in mind, our services can be conducted virtually, so long as an architect & building designer have been engaged and accurate plans and footage can be provided.

Can you help us with budgeting?

Absolutely!

Understanding what things cost can be tricky so we would love to provide some realistic guidance to help set your expectations. This type of service is undertaken at our hourly rate, at your preferred location. You will receive a spreadsheet breakdown to assist you throughout your project.

Can you recommend trades / consultants?

Depending on your location, we certainly can recommend trades/consultants. For larger scaled projects, we will often recommend tendering your project to at least 3 companies to ensure your budget and timelines can be met.

How long will my project take?

A project can take anywhere from 3 months to 24 months from concept to handover... Depending on the scale of project, it can sometimes take longer. We will always endeavour to work within your timelines and will provide a firmer deliverable timeframe upon an initial consultation.

How much is an initial consultation?

As a newly established company, we are offering a discounted initial consultation fee of $400 for all in-person consults between Moreton Bay to the Mid North Coast. Fully redeemable if you sign on the dotted line, we would love the opportunity to get to know you and hopefully work with you on your exciting project

Do we have to work within a specific design style?

NOT AT ALL! We will work with anyone and any design aesthetic. Trends? We don't believe in them. A good designer should always be able to curate a palette that reflects you, your business and lifestyle. Contact us today so we can show you how we've done this for others!
